What should I bring to my first appointment?

  • Please check with our office to make sure your insurance is accepted.
  • Co-pays depend on your insurance and the reason for your visit.  Co-payments are due at time of appointment.
  • Please arrive to your first appointment 15 minutes early to complete paperwork and registration.
  • Please bring:  an updated list of your medications and health problems, your insurance card, a valid form of identification and initial patient paperwork.
  • Initial patient paperwork is available at the office or for download.

What is BMMSA?

What is OMM?

OMM stands for Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.  It is a form of treatment that involves considering the musculoskeletal effects of acute trauma and long term illness.

Evaluation of a musculoskeletal dysfunction includes a physical exam.  Treatment may involve any number of techniques including:  soft tissue, muscle energy, myofascial release or HVLA (high velocity low amplitude).
