About Us

Dr. Linda and Valerie Vilbert’s dream after attending medical school and residency was to have the opportunity to practice together.  With the help and support of Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Association, Exton Family Medicine was founded in 2015.

The mother-daughter team gives the practice a unique perspective on family medicine.  Our office is a medical home and we pride ourselves on personal care, communication and time spent with each individual.

When you’re here, we treat you like family.

What is a D.O.?

A D.O. is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.  D.O.’s are fully licensed physicians.

The D.O. philosophy emphasizes a holistic approach to treating patients, considering mind, body and spirit when deciding on treatment plans.  D.O. school requires additional training in the musculoskeletal and nervous system, which allows D.O.’s to offer an additional treatment option with Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.  D.O’s strive to offer comprehensive care, helping their patients to be truly healthy.

As ACOFP board certified family physicians both Dr. Linda and Dr. Valerie Vilbert are licensed to provide Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine as a treatment option.
